We are in the process of significantly expanding our Romanian operations in Bucharest and we are establishing a dedicated HR function, to set local People services foundations, and eventually join the regional People Operations Delivery team (Europe).
As a full-time HR professional, you will:
- Set up and run core HR processes to support the full employee life cycle in Romania – from onboarding to exit
- Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts in close collaboration with our HQ recruiting team and external agencies, actively engaging in sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Ensure local labour law compliance, bringing in your working knowledge of Romanian employment legislation and applying it to real-life situations
- Serve as the go-to person for employees and managers on site for HR-related topics
- Build strong partnerships with our HR teams across Europe, ensuring alignment and knowledge-sharing
- Work closely with other HR Operations colleagues in the region and the responsible regional HR Business Partner
- Lay the foundation for future regional or specialized roles as the site matures and becomes part of our broader People Solutions Europe team
